Individual Therapy
I help young and middle-aged adults cultivate healthier relationships with themselves and their loved ones. We start with your core values and the important changes you hope to see in your life. Since every client is unique, I tailor my approach to best meet your specific goals. Above all, I strive to create a warm and trusting therapeutic relationship where you feel truly seen and heard.
Therapy for Young Adults
Young adulthood is a challenging time of life. Often, we spend our twenties and thirties exploring different relationships and career paths in the hopes of figuring out what type of life we want to lead and who to bring on our journey.
This developmental stage often fuels stress and confusion, especially as we establish independence from our families of origin and strive to make important life decisions on our own. Young adulthood can also feel lonely, as we encounter new situations without a true home base.
In individual therapy, I help you navigate this difficult life stage from a place of confidence and self-compassion. Through deep listening, I learn about your family & relationship history, culture & beliefs, and core values. Without judgment, we look at the early attachment experiences and limiting self-narratives that may be holding you back. Together, we illuminate new ways of thinking and acting that allow your true Self to shine.
Therapy for Middle-Aged Adults
Middle age is uniquely demanding. Many of us are raising children, working intense jobs, and caretaking for elderly parents – all while trying to find joy and meaning as time seems to accelerate. Managing any one of these activities is challenging, but doing them all can feel impossible.
As we become absorbed in never-ending “to do” lists, we may lose touch with ourselves and our human need for connection and fun. This churn can lead to anxiety, isolation, burnout, and depression.
In my work with middle age clients, we create space for YOU. Because you matter. And, your needs matter. Together, we explore what is working, what is hard, and what is missing. This may require reexamining values and setting new boundaries that allow you to live more authentically. Often, it involves slowing down to process feelings that have been buried or ignored. Always, our work puts your journey at the center, inviting you to reconnect with your fullest vision for your life.
